Franklin Mint To Make Fantasic Four Silver Surfer Coins

In commemoration of the "Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer" movie, the Franklin Mint will be creating 40,000 original quarters. The quarter will have the Silver Surfer pressed onto the front of it. The coins are set to be delivered to cities throughout the United States just in time for Memorial Day Weekend.

Not only will these coins be a cool find for any collection, but for the lucky ones who can get their hands on one, will be directed to go to the official website for the film, and register for a 4 day/3 night trip for 4 to the June 12th world premiere in London. The first 400 people to register will also be entered for a chance to win a private screening of the film for their family and friends the night before it officially hits theaters.
