David Thewlis Joins Cast of RED 2

David Thewlis has signed on to the cast of "Red 2", and unlike his role in the Harry Potter films, when he played the part of werewolf Remus Lupin, this time around he gets to play "The Frog".

"The Frog" is a dealer in information who picked up the nickname when he poisoned the water supply of the Kremlin using a poisonous Amazonian Frog.

Thewlis will join Bruce Willis, Helen Mirren and John Malkovich who reprise their roles from the previous movie as well as newcomers Anthony Hopkins and Catherine Zeta-Jones, and Byun-Hun Lee.

"Red 2" will be directed by Dean Parisot and be in theaters August of 2013.
