Could Armie Hammer be Swapping One Mask for Another?

Armie Hammer will playing the role of the Lone Ranger alongside Johnny Depp's Tonto in the Gore Verbinski version of "The Lone Ranger" but if the rumors are to be believed, the 26 year old is the hot favorite to land the role of Batman in the up and coming "Justice League" movie.

Moviehole is claiming that "a very good source" says that the actor is Warner Bros and DC Comics top choice for the role only recently vacated by Christian Bale.

"Justice League" will bring together Batman, Superman, Green Lantern, Wonder Woman, Aquaman and the Flash in a movie thought to be penned by Will Beall (Gangster Squad). It is expected to be in theaters in 2015, while "The Lone Ranger" will hit the silver screen 3rd July 2013 in the US and 9th August in the UK.
