Paula Abdul Set to Star in Bratz Movie
Paula Abdul has accepted a role in the Bratz movie as well as working behind the scenes. She will be starring in a live action film based on the Bratz Dolls collection, and will also be consulting on the rest of the film's casting, music, fashion and dancing according to Variety.  Her credits on the film will also include that of Executive Producer.

The Bratz film will be about four teenage girls, all from different backgrounds, who just want to be themselves, instead of falling victim to high school cliques.

Shooting will begin next month and the movie will be released in August of this year.
