Zombieland 2 Gets Greenlight for Production
"Zombieland 2" has finally been giving the "go-ahead", and will reportedly start production this summer. The original film, which was a huge success, was released in 2009 and made $102.4 million, and was made for just $23.6 million.

There isn't any official confirmation from Sony about the sequel, but rumors are swirling and all point to film being made.

There is also no word on whether or not any of the original cast members, Jesse Eisenberg, Emma Stone, Woody Harrelson, and Abigail Breslin, will be returning.

Shooting is reportedly beginning in Atlanta in August, and is expected to be released in 2017 or early 2018.
