"Midnight Mass" director Mike Flanagan has gotten the greenlight from Netflix for a new project, the limited drama series "The Fall of the House of Usher".
The series is based on various works of Edgar Allan Poe, with "The Fall of the House of Usher" being one of Poe's short stories that was published in 1893.
Flanagan is also the creator and executive producer of the project alongside his Intrepid Pictures partner Trevor Macy, Emmy Grinwis, and Michael Fimognari.
The series will be comprised of eight parts.
