It's being reported that Hunger Games director Francis Lawrence has been set to direct Netflix's "BioShock" film adaptation, with Michael Green writing the script.
BioShock is a popular video game franchise set in a dystopian landscape and debuted in 2007. The game franchise is comprised of BioShock, BioShock 2, and BioShock Infinite, as well as re-releases and remastered editions.
Roy Lee and Francis Lawrence will be producing, with Cameron MacConomy and Strauss Zelnick executive producing.
Francis' "Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes", is currently in production, as well, and is slated for a 2023 release.
