To go from vibrant young woman to emaciated, decomposing walker is no quick transformation. Indeed, the gruesome spectacle known as "Bicycle Girl" took Special Effects Make-Up Designer Greg Nicotero and his team of artists over three hours to make happen. In this new behind-the-scenes video from The Walking Dead production, Nicotero describes the process of creating this "completely emaciated, dessicated corpse," and invites you, the viewer, to witness every second of it in just three minutes -- thanks to the wonder of tame-lapse photography.
