Angel TV Star Andy Hallett Passes Away

Andy Hallett, star of the TV series, "Angel", passed away on March 29, 2009. He was just 33 years old.

Hallett starred as "Lorne" a.k.a. "Krevlornswath" of the Deathwok Clan. Lorne was a lounge owner who also just happened to be a friendly demon. The character helped out Angel and the team with paranormal investigations.

Hallett was diagnosed with cardiomyopathy five years ago, a condition he contracted after suffering from a tooth infection.

Hallett was in and out of the hospital at least three times in the past five years, and on Sunday, he lost his battle with the disease and died from congestive heart failure.
