FlickDirect® collects personal data to provide services and enhance user experience. The information collected depends on your interactions with our website and mobile app.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with any third parties, service providers, advertisers, or external entities. All data collected remains strictly within FlickDirect for the sole purpose of delivering our services.

• User Data – Name, email, contact details, and preferences.
• Technical Data – IP address, browser type, and device type.
• Transactional Data – Purchases and subscriptions.
• Usage Data – Pages visited, content interactions, and engagement metrics.
• Mobile App Data – Username, password, and movies interests.

2. Mobile App Subscriptions & Cancellation

FlickDirect does not manage billing, subscriptions, or refunds for the mobile app. If you have an active subscription, you must cancel it directly through the platform where you purchased it:

• Apple App Store: Apple's subscription settings
• Google Play Store: Google Play's subscription settings

Note: Deleting the app does not automatically cancel subscriptions. Refund requests must be handled directly through Apple or Google, subject to their policies.

3. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal disputes or claims shall be exclusively resolved in Palm Beach County, Florida. Users agree that any claims arising out of or related to this Privacy Policy or the use of FlickDirect's services shall be filed only in state or federal courts within Palm Beach County, Florida.

4. Binding Arbitration & Mediation Agreement

Any disputes or claims arising from this Privacy Policy, the use of FlickDirect's website, or its mobile app must be resolved through binding arbitration in Palm Beach County, Florida, rather than court litigation, except that claims may be brought in small claims court if they qualify.

Arbitration Rules:

• Arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its rules.
• Both parties must first attempt mediation before proceeding with arbitration.
• Each party is responsible for its own legal fees, except where prohibited by law.

No Class Action Lawsuits:

Users waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits. All claims must be filed individually and cannot be combined with others.

5. Google & YouTube API Services

FlickDirect integrates Google services, including YouTube API Services, to embed YouTube videos, display related video information, show current channel/video statistics, and link users back to YouTube.

By using pages or app features that include YouTube functionality, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. YouTube and Google may collect information under the Google Privacy Policy.

FlickDirect does not request access to your YouTube account, does not collect or store YouTube user credentials, and does not sell, rent, or share YouTube user data. We do not use YouTube API data to create creator profiling tools, channel-inspired content generators, or cross-platform derived analytics products.

Where FlickDirect displays YouTube API data such as video titles, thumbnails, playlist items, subscriber counts, or view counts, that data is used only to present or link to the related YouTube content and is refreshed or removed in accordance with YouTube API Services requirements. Embedded YouTube players and links remain subject to YouTube's controls and policies.

6. Cookies, Analytics & Similar Technologies

FlickDirect may use cookies, pixels, local storage, server logs, analytics tools, advertising measurement tools, affiliate tracking links, and similar technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, understand traffic, measure performance, prevent abuse, and support editorial and business operations.

Browser or device settings may allow you to block, delete, or limit cookies and similar technologies. Some site features may not function properly if those technologies are disabled.

7. Data Security, Retention & Deletion

FlickDirect uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information under our control. No website, app, network, database, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including operating services, maintaining records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, complying with legal obligations, security monitoring, and backup or archival needs.

Users may request deletion, correction, or access to personal information by contacting privacy@flickdirect.com. We may need to verify the request and may retain limited information where required or permitted by law.

8. Children's Privacy

FlickDirect is intended for a general entertainment audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If a parent or guardian believes a child has provided personal information, they may contact us and we will review and delete the information where appropriate.
