Rachel Weisz to Star in "Bourne Legacy"

Deadline has reported that Rachel Weisz of "mummy" fame, will be starring in the upcoming film, "The Bourne Legacy".

The actress will possibly star alongside Jeremy Renner, who was offered the lead role int he film. There is no confirmation yet as to whether or not he has accepted the part.

Weisz will also be starring in Sam Raimi's "Oz: The Great and Powerful", which begins shooting this summer. She would begin filming "Bourne" in September. It is also rumored that she will be starring in "The Thin Man", opposite Johnny Depp.

"The Bourne Legacy" will be released in August 2012.
