Filming Underway for "The Dark Knight Rises"

Christopher Nolan and Christian Bale both attended a Pittsburgh news conference this past week to discuss "The Dark Knight Rises" filming schedule.

Pittsburgh was chosen, according to Nolan, due to its architecture and the scale of the city. The filming will take place from Wednesdays to Sundays over the next few weeks.

"The Dark Knight Rises" is slated for a May 2012 release.
