Machete Sequel to Star Charlie Sheen as The President

"Machete 2" is currently under production, and some of the cast may surprise you.

While Rodriguez's first "Machete" film starred the ever-troubled Lindsey Lohan, the next film will feature Charlie Sheen and Mel Gibson. Gibson signed on in April as a "Bond-style villain". Now, this week, the announcement was made that Sheen will be playing the President of the United States. He made the following tweet: "I just cast Charlie Sheen in #machetekills as the President of the United States! Who better?"

Who knows? Maybe this could help both Gibson and Sheen get things back on track.

"Machete Kills" will be released in 2013.
