Harrison Ford Set to Star in Captain America: New World Order

Harrison Ford has officially signed on to star in Marvel's "Captain America: New World Order" as General Thaddeus "Thunderbolt" Ross.

Ford will join a cast that includes Anthony Mackie, Shira Haas, Tim Blake Nelson, and Carl Lumbly.

The character of General Ross was introduced in 1962 and was previously played by William Hurt in films from 2008-2021, before his death in March at age 71.

We will also see Ford in the much anticipated, and yet untitled, fifth installment of the Indiana Jones franchise, set to hit theaters on June 30, 2023.

"Captain America: New World Order" is slated for May 3, 2024.
