Rumor: John Malkovich and Anne Hathaway in The Next Spider-man Film
Source: Movieline12/11/2009 10:48 PM EST
According to a Movieline report, rumors have been running rampant about the upcoming "Spiderman" film. Casting for the fourth film in the franchise series is said to be after John Malkovich and Anne Hathaway to star in the film as father/daughter villains.
Malkovich is said to be eyed for The Vulture, an elderly character who has a suit with wings to fly around as well as use as a weapon. Hathaway, as the villain's daughter, would be playing Felicia Hardy, who is, in this film version, going to be The Vultress.
In other news for the film, Curt Connors is said to be a different kind of character in the film instead of being The Lizard. It is said that the studios wouldn't sign off on such an odd character.
Only time will tell if these rumors prove to be true or not.
